Rolling Brook Village offers a 5% military discount for active duty individuals at Fort Belvoir and Quantico, and we are an active participant in the Military Rental Partnership Program (RPP) for active-duty individuals who qualify through participating bases and defense organizations. The program may include waived security deposit, application, and credit check fees, subject to location- and organization-specific participation guidelines. Qualifying military situations (such as active duty, deployment, change of duty station, reservist or National Guard activation, voluntary enlistment, draft, or release from active duty) allow early lease termination consistent with SCRA protections, without lease termination fees or concession payback charges when documentation is provided. Tours cannot be scheduled online less than 4 hours in advance, and walk-in tours are welcome during business hours based on our team’s availability. The Dweck Customer Service Pledge guarantees that if we haven’t met your expectations within the first 30 days of your lease start, simply provide a 30-day written notice to either 1) transfer to another residence within our community, 2) transfer to another Dweck community, or 3) break your lease (no questions asked and no additional fees).

Rolling Brook Village has a dedicated on-site maintenance team with 24-hour emergency maintenance support. Residents can submit non-emergency maintenance requests through the resident portal, and can call our dedicated resident phone number for emergency maintenance needs.

The Dweck Properties Customer Service Pledge guarantees that during weekdays, any non-emergency maintenance requests, questions, or concerns submitted will receive a personal response within two business days. If we cannot complete the non-emergency maintenance request within two business days, you will be notified of the status and when to expect resolution.

Your pets are welcome at Rolling Brook Village, but we do have restrictions that may apply. Each apartment home allows a maximum of two pets. Cats and dogs each require a $500 one-time fee per pet and $60 monthly pet rent. Breed restrictions may apply, so please review the full Dweck Properties pet policy. Residents also enjoy a dedicated on-site dog park where pets can run, play, and socialize.

The surrounding area is suburban, so most residents find a car useful for errands, though our location close to the VRE, commuter lots, and bus stops makes commuting easy, and Potomac Mills is only a five-minute drive away.

Washington Metro service does not extend to Woodbridge. The closest Metro station is Franconia-Springfield on the Blue Line, roughly a 20-minute drive north on I-95. Most residents commuting into the District use the Virginia Railway Express or OmniRide commuter buses, both of which are close to our community.

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport is roughly a 30- to 40-minute drive from Rolling Brook Village via I-95 and the George Washington Memorial Parkway, depending on traffic. Residents can also take the Virginia Railway Express toward Washington, D.C. and connect to Metro for a car-free trip to the airport.
